90 Day Warranty

We have a 90 day product warranty on your CUSHII items that covers any product defects not caused by customer use or washing. After the 90 day period, we do not replace any item for any reason. Product defects may include: fabric defects, snags or seam damage, stitching quality, uneven filling prior to washing or use. Issues not included: shrinking fabrics, uneven fill after washing, color bleeding, etc. All care instructions must be followed correctly as we do not refund or replace items for miscare if you do not follow the correct care procedure. We cannot accept or replace Cushii loungers that become uneven or lumpy with washing.
